Maryland Science Center:
Dinosaur Mysteries Hall
PROJECT INFORMATION:
Location: Baltimore, MD
Size: 8,000 Square Feet
Design Firm: Pat Rogan
Contract / Project Type: Bid / Build
Explus is proud to be a part of the Dinosaur Mysteries Hall, a new addition to the Maryland Science Center, an icon of Baltimore’s inner harbor. Explus detailed, fabricated and installed the exhibit elements for the interactives, metal structures as well as the graphics and large earth structure. Explus also fabricated the bases for the dinosaur skeletons and fleshed-out sculptures by renowned dinosaur scenic sculptor Hall Train Studios. The exhibits in the Dinosaur Mysteries Hall provide the answers to many of the questions we’ve all had about dinosaurs, how and where they lived, eat, slept, reproduced and eventually died. An important and informative experience using hands-on interactives, media, graphics, artifacts and reproductions, scenic and sculptural elements. The dramatic views of the harbor are mirrored by views from the harbor at the magnificent exhibits in the Dinosaur Mysteries at the Maryland Science Center.
